The new American Gardens park will open in late 2025, and the renowned Charleston Place hotel will display its finished refurbishment in 2025. The Dunlin, Auberge Resorts Collection, debuted in August 2024 with 72 guest rooms and suites for an opulent stay on the tranquil Kiawah River on Johns Island, about 30 minutes away.
